Magneto is the main villain in X-men Evolutions in the first season of the show he is mores shadowy and unknown he usually used his agent Mystique to gather a team of mutants known as the brotherhood to fight for him in the second season after betraying Mystique he creates a new team called the Acolytes and makes the existence of mutants known to the world he in the third and fourth season he is dedicated to stop the reawakening of Apocalypse and is eventually turned into one of his horsemen he is freed by his children Quick Silver and Scarlet Witch in one of Professor X.'s visions he sees Magneto become an ally of the X-men and he is training the new mutants
