Mas and Menos are twin superheros around the age of 12 from Teen Titans. They can move at super speed, but only when touching each other. They made their first appearance in the Teen Titans episode "Titans east part one", as part of the Titans East team in Steel City. They're from Guatemala and they only speak Spanish, except for one episode where a villain named Control Freak uses his special remote to make them speak in English

The twins also appear in the comic book series "Teen Titans Go", and at the DC (comics) National panel, the writer of Teen Titans, Geoff Johns announced that they are also going to appear in mainstream DC comics (this would be the first time that a character from the Teen Titans show would make the transfer).
