Frozone

Frozone's real name is Lucious Best. He is Bob Parr's best friend and was best man at his wedding. He has the power to freeze water. His powers are very similar to those of Marvel's superhero Ice Man. He can only freeze the amount of water available to him wether in liquid form or in the air. He has a wife named Honey. The bottom of his snow boots can change into many different things including ice skates, alpine ice skis, and a concave disc.
